This Shipping Policy outlines our current shipping terms, delivery areas, and related information for all online purchases.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to destinations within Europe.
If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of Europe, please contact us before checkout at bohe.copenhagen@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to assist.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed as quickly as possible after we receive your payment.
Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for made-to-order or large furniture items.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the size of your order.
Typical delivery time within Europe is 25-30 business days, but this may vary.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight or dimensions of your items.
For oversized or fragile furniture, additional delivery fees may apply. Any such charges will be clearly stated before you complete your purchase.
5. Delivery Method & Handling
We collaborate with trusted courier and freight partners to ensure safe delivery of your order.
Larger items are shipped via special delivery services to guarantee careful handling.
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt a redelivery or deliver to a nearby pick-up point. Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If any item arrives damaged or missing, contact us immediately — ideally within 48 hours of receiving your package — including photos and your order number.
We’ll assess the situation and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Danish consumer law.
